Account Managers (Full-time)

This position will be responsible for sales of Active Learning’s public course offerings. The goal is to increase Active Learning’s revenues, market share, and brand awareness.

Active Learning is seeking a motivated sales professional with a solid track record of business development to join our sales team as an Account Manager.

Requirements:

  • A proven hunter mentality.
  • Aptitude for developing new accounts and finding business opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Ability to maintain high activity standards and meet all required metrics for telephone prospecting and face-to-face presentations.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers.
  • Strong closing skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Good computer skills necessary (Windows/Word/Excel).
  • At least 2 years experience in sales.
  • College degree or equivalent experience required.



Instructors (Part-time/Full-time)

Active Learning requires excellent communication skills and hands-on technical experience and expertise. A degree, plus advanced training and teaching experience are highly desired. Our instructors enjoy flexibility by teaching for Active Learning on a part-time basis.



Courseware Developer (Part-time/Full-time)

Active Learning requires excellent technical writing skills and hands-on technical experience and expertise. Prior experience developing course or user manuals is a definite plus. We require courseware developers in the following subjects:

  • JavaScript/Ajax
  • JSF and JPA
  • Web Services
