Account Manager (Full-time)

This position will be responsible for sales of Active Learning’s public course offerings. The goal is to increase Active Learning’s revenues, market share, and brand awareness.

Active Learning is seeking a motivated sales professional with a solid track record of business development to join our sales team as an Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients, develop relationships
  • Constantly update the client and prospects database
  • Promote ActiveLearning's services
  • Meet monthly sales targets
  • Provide customer support and assistance when necessary
  • Write business emails and proposals
  • Report weekly on all activities

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • A proven hunter mentality.
  • Aptitude for developing new accounts and finding business opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Good computer skills necessary (Windows/Word/Excel).
  • At least 2 years experience in sales.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Greenhills,San Juan.
  • Must be able to speak English and Filipino fluently.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that will increase ActiveLearning's revenues, market share, and brand awareness
  • Specific tasks involve the following:
    - Creating press releases
    - Finding and developoing new markets
    - Creating mailing lists
    - Copywriting
    - Organizing promotions
    - Web and email marketing
  • Identify, launch, and promote new course offerings
  • Respond to phone and web inquiries
  • Write business emails and proposals
  • Telemarketing
  • Follow up sales leads

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience in business development, marketing, or sales
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Computer proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in HTML an advantage
  • Must have good business accumen
  • Must be willing to work at Greenhills, San Juan
