The following agenda serves as a general guideline our instructors follow when they conduct our training courses. The agenda is subject to change depending on the attendees' learning pace.

| 8:30 am | Registration When you arrive, you will have to register in our front desk so we can verify your name and hand over your course materials. |

This portion of the course allows you to give your candid feedback regarding the training course, the instructor, and our facilities. |
| 4:15 pm | Course Exam The course exam will allow you to evaluate how much you have learned from the course, and allows us to know which parts of the course participants are having a difficult time with. |
